Teacher Leader Programming
Theoretical Underpinnings

Teacher-leader programs are a common graduate option for inservice teachers. In this article, Rogus identifies a rationale for teacher-leader programs, explicates selected findings from the teacher-leadership research, and prof fers suggestions for developing and re viewing teacher-leader programs.
